The welded plate heat exchanger is made of special stainless steel and formed using a specific mold to ensure a smooth surface that is resistant to scaling. Its special corrugated design enables the fluid to generate turbulence at a low flow rate, thereby increasing heat transfer efficiency. The entirety of the plate beam is welded together using argon arc welding with the body material, and no non-metallic sealing materials are required, making it highly resistant to high temperatures and pressures. The welded plate heat exchanger can be used in a wide range of heat transfer applications due to its ability to withstand temperatures ranging from -195℃ to 538℃ and working pressures ranging from vacuum to 8.2MPa.
